Trying to reach new audiences, Insight Behavioral Health Centers makes bold moves in Chicago

Placing Chicago CTA bus advertising panels in key downtown routes proved very successful, as a reported 60 calls a day came in to Insight’s 800 number the first week. With that success Insight made the bold move of purchasing a billboard on Chicago’s main expressways coming into the city. 

The task on the outdoor was to keep it simple with a large logo, minimal words and a single clear image. With the very touchy subject of eating disorders a simple broken plate with the headline “We can help” kept it caring and not too scary or over the top.
